DESCRIPTION:INVITATION OF REGULAR GENERAL Assembly \nThe Members of the Jaguar Club of Greece (Hellenic Jaguar Association) are invited to an YEARLY GENERAL Assembly on Monday\, February 16\, 2026 at 19:00 at the headquarters of the Jaguar Club which is on 18 Athanasiadou – 15452 Psychiko \nAGENDA \n\nElection of President and Secretary of the General Assembly\nApproval of the Minutes of the General Assembly 2025\nActivity Report 2025\nFinancial Statement 2025 and Budget 2026\nAudit Committee Report for 2025\nApproval 2026 Budget\nExemption of the Board of Directors for 2025\nPresentation of 2026 activities\nOther items (Discussion only)\n\nIn order to have a quorum\, the presence and/or authorization of 1/3 of the members is required. (Article 12 of the statute). In case of non-quorum (1/3 of the members)\, the G.S. will be repeated according to the statute\, on the same day (Monday 9/2/2026) at 19:30 at the same place (El. Athanasiadou 18 – Psychiko). In order to have a quorum\, the presence in person and/or by authorization of 1/4 of the members is required. In the event of a lack of quorum again\, it will be repeated on the same day (Monday 9/2/2026) at 20:00\, also at the same venue (El. Athanasiadou 18 – Psychiko). \nA member may only be authorized by another member\, as long as he is equipped with an authorization\, which he shall submit to the Secretary of the General Assembly before the start of the Assembly. Alternatively\, the member can notify the Club e-mail jaguar.club.greece@gmail.com of his authorization no later than 3 hours before the start of the General Meeting in the event that he will not be able to attend. Article 23.22 of the statute \nNotes: All financially informed members for 2026 have the right to vote and as provided by the statute.
