The Members of the Jaguar Club of Greece (Hellenic Jaguar Association) are invited to an YEARLY GENERAL Assembly on Monday, February 10, 2025 at 19:00 at the headquarters of the Jaguar Club which is on 18 Athanasiadou – 15452 Psychiko

In order to have a quorum, the presence and/or authorization of 1/3 of the members is required. (Article 12 of the statute). In case of non-quorum (1/3 of the members), the G.S. will be repeated according to the statute, on the same day (Monday 10/2/2025) at 19:30 at the same place (El. Athanasiadou 18 – Psychiko). In order to have a quorum, the presence in person and/or by authorization of 1/4 of the members is required. In the event of a lack of quorum again, it will be repeated on the same day (Monday 10/2/2025) at 20:00, also at the same venue (El. Athanasiadou 18 – Psychiko).

A member may only be authorized by another member, as long as he is equipped with an authorization, which he shall submit to the Secretary of the General Assembly before the start of the Assembly. Alternatively, the member can notify the Club e-mail jaguar.club.greece@gmail.com of his authorization no later than 3 hours before the start of the General Meeting in the event that he will not be able to attend. Article 23.22 of the statute

Notes: All financially informed members for 2024 have the right to vote and as provided by the statute. Payment of the Subscription before the start of the General Assembly at the Jaguar Club offices or alternatively by depositing into the Club account: ALPHA Bank GR5201401100110002002029680
